FIOS $100 Verizon Gif Card Redemption

I can not redeem my $100 Verizon gift card that I am supposed to receive for switching to FIOS. When I click on the link it just brings me back to my account page. This asppears to be a common problem that Verizon is delibrately not fixing so people can not redeem their promised gift card. Service like this is unacceptable.
