I've been on hold for 2 hours and 18 minutes ... got Fios triple-play installed about 4 hours ago ... the technicians were great ... TV picture is super ... BUT I HAVE NO DIALTONE!
Called 1-800-Verizon 2+ hours ago ... the agent was very professional ... tried to resolve the problem over-the-phone ... when that didn't work, he made arrangements to dispatch a technician to my house ... BUT NOT UNTIL TUESDAY. I said I can't wait that long ... he tried to get service to reschedule, but no response ...
Now I'm on hold 2 hours and 24 hours ...
