It is time to redeem my $200 gift card for having Fios over 65 days. I received the email to redeem, but the link is not working. I have tried it on multiple devices, and the reps in the chat are not helpful. I want to redeem my gift card. I need a working link or assistance from someone who can make this happen. I see that this a constant problem that Verizon customers are facing and that after posting on this forum someone finally reaches out that can actually assist so please assist.
