Where on the Verizon site do you find response messages from Verizon?

I think you are wanting to use My Verizon (https://www22.verizon.com/myverizon/).
Another option is always to contact customer service: http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/ . You can choose the email or Live Chat option.

I found my message but it won't open. How do I get it to open on My Verizon Page??
Try again. Yesterday there we systems down on the MyVerizon site where account access was not working properly. Also the CSRs could not access various systems when you contacted tech support. It should be back today. This is what I found yesterday. I was told to try InHomeAgent. Loaded it then removed it, after I found it needed to access said systems that were down.
I now have 2 messages from them and they still won't open...
