The Verizon wire from the telephone pole to the house (to the Verizon box) has dropped down and is sagging. As a result, a vehicle cannot pass. How can I get Verizon to come and fix this?

Call the local police department and have them make a report on it.
you can also call your city, town, village department of public works department or the engineers office. They should be able to assist.
