QIP7100 2___Auto Activation failed/ No data connectivity

So yesterday i switched my old boxes to get these new boxes and when i go to connect them it says Auto Activation Failed (check if coax cable is connected and if router is powered on). And when i click exit to leave that page it goes to another page where it says No Data Connectivity. I have tryed to connect these boxes to 2 tv's and none of them work

HELP!!!

Make sure you try where a box was/is working. Of course could be a bad box. Possibly you need to reboot your router.
