For months, I have been trying to redeem the $200 Verizon Gift Card promo I was supposed to receive when I signed up on 11/16/2021. I click on the email to redeem to promo, log into my account, and nothing happens. I have not received a gift card number or pin. I am tired of getting the runaround by the Verizon "support" staff. If I continue to get hosed, I will file complaints with the BBB and FCC.
