The font used in TV info and Guide is very hard to see. Is there a way to enlarge and or change size.
No.
Some TVs have a zoom setting which may help. But you would have to use your TV's remote and switch the format back and forth. Probably too much of a nuisance unless reading the guide is really difficult.
