I am getting so frustrated with Verizon Fios!!!!! I have had three DVR boxes go out in three months and now waiting for a fourth. This one went completely out and so I have no TV at all and all the CSR can say is "You will receive your new box in 5 to 7 days". They are using outdated boxes here in FL and I was told by a Verizon tech that they are not even buying the box I have now any more, they just keep fixing them and sending them out knowing that they are crap. Every box I get looks like it's been pulled behind a truck on a gravel road and the hard drive sounds like a jet taking off. Also the CSR said they could not offer me any compensation for the days I don't have service, that's crazy. I know telling this won't accomplish anything but it's just good to be able to vent sometimes. I wish I could just tell them to come get all of their stuff and go with Brighthouse who at least sends a tech out to the house to take care of problems.
