Lost recordings from cloud

I need help. I just installed a new DVR. I supposedly save my favorites & Scheduled recordings to the cloud. After I installed the new DVR I went to retrieve them and it says there is nothing there.

I went back to my old DVR & saved them to the cloud again and tried to retrieve them on my new DVR and still NO luck.

Any suggestions?

Same model? suppose to work. They did, at least at one time, have trouble when a different model was used.
