Across the street, the apartment complexes are serviced by Comcast. Since Verizon is the only company that services my area, I'm being told I can only get High Speed. I dont' understand why. My address is not in a rural area. I have to have a landline that I use for nothing more than my internet. I don't need it and I know you don't want to service it. I was also told by one of the many rude reps that Verizon "is not expanding FIOS coverage." Are you serious? You mean to tell me that all across the US and TX, you've just halted? I refuse to believe that & I'm tired of getting the run around. Please help my neighborhood out. Zip code 77521.
