My Verizon charges for January were astronomical. I called Verizon and was connected to Nicole {edited for privacy} ID #{edited for privacy}. She had the sweetest demeanor and voice. I told her of my dilemma; she reviewed my bill with me. I am a senior citizen with one income and she provided excellent service with my current and future bills. It was wonderful to see a young person willing to assist you with a problem. She could have told me to just pay the bill but she provided other alternatives which will save me money. I thank God for Nicole's parents who brought her up to respect herself as well as others. God Bless You Nicole and thank you Verizon for hiring her.
