I've been trying to register for a MyVerizon account for about a month and a half now and I'm still not having any luck. I end up with an error that goes "We're unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later."
I've called Verizon and customer service put in a trouble ticket for me - I've heard nothing. I tried e-mailing customer service who tells me they'll put in a trouble ticket - and again nothing has happened for about a month.
I've tried registering with three different computers and on my phone and nothing has worked. I need some help.
