Is there a way to stream live TV through a web browser with Fios like you can with Xfinity?

Can I stream FiOS to a TV in a second house? (My home has FiOS subscription. I also have a second condo where FiOS is not offerred. If I have internet connection and wifi enabled TV in second condo, can I stream live TV directly to that TV?)
It may depend on the device you are using to stream from.
Laptops yes. I have heard limitations on FIOS app connecting to TVs from tablets or smartphones.
I use a slingbox to watch my fios remotely any where I want.
