Is it just me or did everyone's monthly FiOS bill go UP?!
I spent 40 mins on the phone and was disconnected 3 times! Verizon stopped mailing me statements for no apparent reason and raised my monthly service by $10.00. Now that I think about it, that's probably why they stopped sending me statements so I wouldn't notice! Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
I went to the verizon online website. All the links to view my bill or see what service I currently have don't work. The "letusknow.verizon.net" online survey link does not work either.
