I can not see my own bills. When I go to the ‘Bill & Payment.’ there is no bills listed at all. I have called and nothing was done and I and I tried to chat online and the person was helpless. They said the will email me the bill and I should have access to the bill. Of course I never received an email with my bill and I do not have access online. I have paperliss billing, it is ridicous I need to go through all this to see what I am paying for. I also need this asap as I need to activate my NBA league pass. The tool to activate on nba.com does not work because it brings me to a broken verizon page, so only way they can activate it for me is to see a copy of my bill. FIX THIS PLEASE.
