the message says check software update and it's a big box which won't go away.
i tried to disable promotions but it doesn't work.
does anyone have a solution?
I assume this is a Fios one box. Power down box, remove coax from box, power down Fios router. Reboot router, when connections are established, plug box in, reattach coax cable, hope for the best!
Can’t view my tv because in big box it reads Software Udate but I can’t get it off of my tv screen

Or try powering all FIOS equipment (stbs and router down).Power up rotuer first.
Once it has connected, then power on stb(s)
How can I get rid of update pop-up? I’ve tried OK.
