Ringback Tones Disappeared

I purchased 3 ringback tones but when I go to Manage Ringback Tones, they're not there. Do we have to renew t hem every year?

Yes, they are purchased and licensed annually: "Additional tones, up to 100 at any one time, may be purchased separately through an annual license of $1.99 per Ringback Tone." ~from the FAQ/T&C files about Ringback tones.....

How long does it take for my ringback tone to play on my phone after I purchase it? I'm still waiting ....

It won't play "on your phone" so you can hear it, it is what your callers hear in place of the standard sound while they wait for you to pick up. You can go to your MyVerizon account, and click on My Services, and Manage Ringback tones to make sure the one you purchased is selected, rather than the default.
