I have phone and DSL services, and they are billed separately. The Internet portion is set to autopay. A few days ago, I got a message from Verizon saying the card we have been using for this was declined. It has expired, so I need to update the credit card on-file for our Internet service.
However, I cannot for the life of me find where to go to do this on Verizon.com. The bills are listed separately on my account overview, but when I try to go in to make a payment, all it lists are charges associated with the phone portion of the bill, not the Internet charges.
It seems like what I am trying to do here should be straight-forward. If anyone could give me a bit of a walkthrough for what exactly I am supposed to be clicking on, I would appreciate it.
