how can i downgrade my fios plan?
ive a "150/65Mb" plus tv and i want to downgrade to a 15/5Mb but on my account theres only the upgrade option.
any helps?

I think you just hit the upgrade button, and then select view all options for internet speed. If that doesn't work you may have to call them.
Wow, going to try to go from the fastest speed available with TV services, to the slowest.
