Wish I could agree. It was terrible last night while watching hockey on NESN on our Quantum box. Was doing the stutter-step about every five minutes. Tried reboot during one of the breaks between periods to no avail. I should have tried watching the recording instead of live but didn't think of it at the time.
I had the same issue the last 2 days so i went into support and reset my main box that was having the issues. It seems to have fixed my issue
