new fios double play customer here, the verizon website is not letting me get into the upgrade and renewal center; when i try to get in this (or click on add/change services where it shows my current services) to see about adding phone service it just takes me to a login screen saying login in to add or change services
however my login info is not recognized and it just keeps sending me back to the login screen
so i can login with my info into my verizon--but once in when i click on upgrade it wants me to login again--when i try and click enter--it just keeps sending me back to the same second login page over and over
