Changing to a cheaper HD TV or Internet plan Impossible?

I can't find anywhere online where i can reduce my TV and internet plan. I'm trying to cut costs and if I can't reduce my bill by lowering the number of HD channels and internet speed then I'm going to cancel. Why does the website have to make doing this impossible? All it will let me do is upgrade the internet to something faster or add phone. I can't find where to cut my bill.

Sorry for the troubles trying to reduce your bill. Since this has been a couple days ago, have you called in to speak to a rep to have this done already? Please let us know if any further help is needed.

Last i checked if you went to the upgrade option and they selected look at all options you could do some downgrades. However the very lowest tiers I don't think are listed. But you could for example go from Extreme to Prime there and lower the internet speed.
