I called in October and spoke to one of your customer service reps named Willis {edited for privacy}.
I asked what kind of deals were currently running and what kind of deal he could offer me to make me switch to FIOS from Comcast.
He offered me a great deal of:
6 mths FREE DVR
6 mths FREE ALL MOVIE CHANNELS
3 mths FREE Internet Security.
FREE SETUP, INSTALL & ACTIVATION FEES
I thought it was a great deal so I had them come out right away to install.
Right away I started having problems with my 1st months bill. None of my promotions were showing....I emailed Willis right away and he fixed my bill and told me everything should be good with my next months bill. Needless to say I have received 2 more incorrect bills since then and he will no longer respond to my emails.
I have all emails between me and Willis, showing everything he told me and the amount of times I have emailed him and received no response.
I used the online chat and chatted with Shari....explained my situation and told her I had all the emails. She had me forward those emails to her boss....Steven {edited for privacy}.......she was very helpful at first but promised to check into it and return my call. Never heard back from her either. I waited a couple of days then emailed her supervisor back asking for her to please return my call and was told she was out of the office. Received no answer from Shari or Steven. Finally had to send another email. Steven emailed me and told he would issue me the DVR credit but that was all he could do. I told him I want what I was promised before switching or you can come remove your services. He told me he would have Willis Lewis's supervisor contact me. Of course I have not heard from him either.
You guys promise the world to get the business but then you don't hold up to you end of the deal. This has been a nightmare since November when my 1st bill came. I cannot believe this is how you do business and treat your customers. If I did my job this way I would be fired.
I usually don't post on message boards but this is my last resort since I cannot get help from anyone else.
