I hope someone here can help me, since I cannot find someone to help me on the phone. I have already called verizon more than 15 times but nobody seems to know how to solve this.
I am contacting you in regards to an account placed on my credit report. I closed my wifi account last October and I just realized my credit card has been hit due to a $75 penalty I had not paid.I already paid this but was informed the late paymet will still impact my credit report. I was never informed about this!
Your handling of this was highly unprofessional. I have never received a final bill and this is how you treat customers who are unsatisfied? What I did receive was a charge-off on my credit report. Please remedy this situation.
