Use the up arrow, it should show you the "chaptering" which breaks the show into increments (size depends on how long the show is.
Under the DVR section, you have an option for skip and rewind.
You can choose the length of time it skips.Then use the right and left arrow next to the DVR button to skip ahead and rew back that amount.
