Quantum update has us ready to dump Verizon altogether.

In addition to the already mentioned freezing issues, has anyone else had multiple issues with the Quantum STB just self-resetting at random times? This has caused the loss of multiple DVR episodes, complete loss of TV for 2-3 minutes while the box resets, etc. Phone support just tells us to reset the friggin box, as if I haven't already done that multiple times. Honestly, I wish I had read these forums before we upgraded. Our family is so disgusted with Verizon that we're ready to cut the cord altogether.

Quantum is getting a firmware upgrade in mid-March to fix the freezing issue.
