Can't access Netflix from TV. Clicking Netflix button brings you to a black screen. Trying channel 838 also brings you to the same black screen??
Have you tried rebooting your box?
Yes, but I have to reboot the box every time I want to watch Netflix.
Try going into the settings menu, go to info, scroll around and you'll find a reset Netflix option. Try that, then reboot box once.
