I have three set top boxes, and need to return two of them as I only need one. But where can I turn them in? I live in Poquoson
You need to go online (or call in) and do an order to reduce the number of boxes you have.
Then you can either wait for empty boxes to arrive to ship back or take to a local UPS store and have them box up and return for free.
Make sure you get tracking number so you can prove when they are received.
