Maybe someone has a suggestion that will work for something that seems to be simple but for which Veriizon seems to be unable to handle.
I'd like to add my wireless phone bill to my FIOS triple bill. The wireless phone was originally in my wife's name, but I have added my own name to the account to make the transition easier, as this seemed to be a sticking point. At first I tried to get all the service combined into one bill on-line, by actually bundling all four services together. Not only did this not work, but Verizon seems to have signed me up for a triple play bundle that I did not want, and left the wireless phone completely out of the process. Since then I have tried by calling customer support no less than THREE times to AT LEAST get the wireless bill added to the (incorrect) triple play bill just to save paper and inconvience. I am told each time by support on the phone that I am all set, and yet the next time I get a bill in the mail it is for the Triple, and then the wireless bill comes separately. I have even requested of phone support that I am sent a confirming email, which I am told I will get and yet it has never come. I have even waited the "2-3 billing periods for the change to take effect" and it still has not been changed.
Can anyone one suggest how this can be handled? Frankly, I cannot call up and waste more of my time on the phone with these people.
