No way to get help from Verizon. Spent 3 hours on 3 different calls waiting for a human being who would help solve a problem with one of my set tops. Instead, I had to listen to inane music and messages before giving up.
then I tried to chat with a technician. Same message, « we are experiencing high call volume..,, »
i am seriously considering canceling my Verizon Fios account.
