Linking dot.com & dot.net User IDs

Prior to getting FIOS, I logged into Verizon.Com to manage my account (pay bill). My account can not be viewed when using my Verizon.Net User ID. Is there a way I can link or combine my .Com & .Net User IDs. I would like to mange my account when logging in with my Verizon.net user ID.
