I can't remember my verizon.net password, and I tried to reset it but there's no continue button after I answer the secret question and choose a new password. I'm assuming this is a glitch in the system. The offices are closed now so I can't get the information. I really wish the offices were open 24 hours, if I'm not mistaken they used to be. I'm sort of panicking because I can't pay my bill. I also can't access my account number because I can't even get into my bill and I don't have paper billing. Can someone please help me?
