Hi. I'm trying to figure out what happened to my $300 visa pre-paid card that was included with my holiday bundle purchase back in december. I've heard from family members who have ordered the same exact package that they have recieved there's already, but every time I look in the mail I do not see mine. I know it can take up to 90 days to process, but I also recieved mail slip with info before telling me how long it would take, and that reported a shorter time than the aforementioned 90 days. 51 days to be exact. I have since lost that piece of mail to check the status of my gift card, and frankly am a little irritated at this point that so many people around me with the same package offer, and reward (the $300 pre-paid visa) have recieved their cards in such a greatly expedited manner while mine is nowhere to be seen. I'd appreciate info as to how check it myself, or if a verizon rep could check it for me.
