We have tried resetting the STBs, but that is not working. Has anyone had the same problem and resolved it?
There are several threads in the forums.
Do a search.
But you can try under menu-settings-support there is a Fix STB option.
I have tried a search, and help under settings. No luck, this is very annoying! Please advise!!
