We have had a Verizon account for 5 to 6 months and have spent literally hours trying first to get our installation and billing done as agreed and since then trying to get our monthly billls correct. The month before last we had data charges posted on our account after we had paid our bill in full. We were told these were charges from a previous account. Neither my husband nor I have ever had any type of Verizon account prior to opening this account. Following an hour on the phone, I was told these charges would be removed, along with the $5.00 late fee they had put on our account when they transferred these charges to our account. These charges then showed up on our next bill. Following another hour on the phone, I was told that the credit had been denied, but there was no explanation as to why. I still have no satisfaction on getting this balance transfer of $62.99 removed from my account. I have not paid this month's bill because these charges are once again included in our bill, and I am not going to be bullied into paying charges that don't belong to us. How do I get my bill fixed without spending hours of my valuable and unpaid time on the phone trying to fix your error? I am almost to the point of taking this to my attorney. Any suggestions on getting this rectified in a more amiable manner?????????????
