First, Verizon told me that if I connect service with my company email, I would receive a discount. They would not tell me how much of a discount I would receive and I'd have to contact them later.
Later comes. I contact them and they tell me "sorry the discount is only available for two or more packages." When I inquired about the gift card, since the link redirected to a broken page on my account, they told me I had to wait 31 days.
Oh hey look it's been longer than that.
Tech support can't help me, telling me I have to contact "blackhawk" to get the gift card.
I'm about to go back to comcast. This is absolutely inexcusable. Paying a few dollars extra a month to not have to deal with this grossly incompetent company is worth it.
