I have never been sooo discouraged or disappointed in a service as I am with Verizon.

Yes please explain the issue. This is a peer to peer community, but as you can see Verizon does join in give special attention when required. I have at many times found support here, that I would not have found elsewhere. I have been a long term Verizon customer, and I too have had issues from time to time, but have always found a solution. So please explain so we can help.
