It is baloney to have to wait 3 weeks to get a bad phone line fixed. The same old problem whenever it rains. It hase been a chronic problem for the last 20 years that I have lived here. I hope you are going to adjust my VERIZON PHONE BILL.
This is an issue where you'll need to contact Verizon directly. Not sure if you've done that yet.

Also, the Verizon Troubleshooter has a number of resources that allow you to try and fix your issue, if that's the way you'd like to go: verizon.com/repair. There's a Phone issues section with some steps to check.
