I think Verizon has made me come to my wits end with this service. I'm paying a car note for a toyota every month! And the incosistent service I have been given is ridiculous. I have not heard from ANYONE regarding my "open ticket". I have researched this problem and it seems it is VERY common, but you refuse to address it with customers nor offer a credit on bills in which people are paying.
I would like someone to contact me or just FIX the problem...
Cutting the cable cord sounds more and more easier as the days go by.
