This has been going on since I came to be with Verizon. IM getting billed for a month and a half at a time. I can't see my bill online. Says to give them 30 days to see if online well I've been waiting for over 30 days. And nothing is being down. IM getting sick of it. What makes me mad is that my internet keeps going out and all they do is send me a new modem. When I call to talk to someone about it all the can say is "IM going to run a test on the line". Is that all Verizon can say. Vive only got one bill since aug 23. And they said they have sent the bills to my address but why have I not got any. And even when I ask to get a copy of my bill. I got nothing. If you know how to help me view my bill online please help me. Thank you
