This has been going on since I came to be with Verizon. IM getting billed for a month and a half at a time. I can't see my bill online. Says to give them 30 days to see if online well I've been waiting for over 30 days. And nothing is being down. IM getting sick of it. What makes me mad is that my internet keeps going out and all they do is send me a new modem. When I call to talk to someone about it all the can say is "IM going to run a test on the line". Is that all Verizon can say. Vive only got one bill since aug 23. And they said they have sent the bills to my address but why have I not got any. And even when I ask to get a copy of my bill. I got nothing. If you know how to help me view my bill online please help me. Thank you

Do you have a local Verizon store (not wireless) ? They've been helpful with sorting out these kind of

issues that we originally had. Now, everything is fine! Good luck.

Don't hold your breath waiting for help from Verizon. Normally, I'm upbeat and optimistic person and view the glass as" half-full." Not so in dealing with Verizon. I've had a similar problem as yours, still unresolved after 3 months, and see the same complaints repeated over-and-over again by different people on different websites and hubs. When my contract ends, I'm taking my credit card elsewhere.
