I used to able to view my hm ph bill online.
How do I view my hm bill ph with its "new" acct online?

you have to register if you haven't already done so.
When I tried to pay my December bill online this month, either via the links in the bill available notification email or through myverizon, I was/am directed to the Veizonwireless account information after logging in instead of the usual page with the Onebill. I don't even remember how I finally got to the point where I could pay my bill because the path was so convoluted.
Something has definitely gotten broken since last month.
