not liking FIOS

I am really disappointed in FIOS after leaving Cox. For $154 i watch around 3-4 channels. I watch AMC, TNT and TBS and USA. If i want to watch a movie, if AMC is running an NCIS marathon i am out of luck and pay per view often doesn't have anything, either. I used to watch Sleuth but then that was arbitrarily taken away without any recourse. I do have, what, 24 sports channels which i don't watch. All these channes and nothing to watch. If someone can help find a place to see a movie without paying more than the $154/mo. i would appreciate it before i pay the penalty to get rid of this, the home phone i don't use and get a dish or something.
