How can I receive the detail on all incoming and outgoing calls on my residential home telephone?

Verizon only has one service that does both incoming and outgoing calls. You would have to have and subscribe to fios digital voice. Sometimes its cheaper too so call and get signed up.


If you don't have digital voice then you can only get incoming calls by signing up for call assistant. Go to www.verizon.
