Anyone else have these show up out of the blue? I am so completely frustrated with Verizon at this point. I switched from Comcast out of frustration over dishonest billing practices, and after 4 months of no problems, my next 5 months have been filled with unwanted service additions, long phone calls, and headaches.
If you've had a problem with unwanted/unexplained charges, please respond.
Maybe someone at Verizon will take notice and do something about it. I canceled my TV service just now and will be canceling my Internet as soon as I have something else set up.
There just isn't an excuse for dishonesty in business as far as I'm concerned.
I bet they've made millions on bogus charges that go undiscovered by customers.
