We recently cancelled our Verizon home phone and added FIOS internet service. I cannot see my FIOS bill on My Verizon. My Verizon account is still linked with our old account number and I can only see our last home phone number. I've emailed Verizon, but thought I could get some help here while I wait for their reply. I also called customer service, but no one was of any help. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks!
