I made my favorites list but when I want to scroll through all of the channels only my favorites come up.I looked at the online video but it does not help at all.I put in all channels then I pressed "ok" but the problem still persists.Thanks Joe
Press (guide) on the remote when the guide comes up then press (options) use the down arrow to scroll to all channels then press (ok) do it again to go back to your favorites.
