I'm having trouble receiving my PIN number for my residential verizon account. How can I receive my reset pin number?
It has to be mailed or it gets sent to your registered phone line. I have the same problem, but unfortunately for me, I have an out of state cell phone and the number on my account is a land line I never ordered. So now I have to wait a week to access my bill. Just another way Verizon distracts the customers from viewing their incorrect charges.
