Fios turns off four or five times a day with a display, no time information, no signal. It will then reboots and the program will return. This happens on all channels. How can this be corrected?
Which box do you have? Are you sure there is a good power connection on both box and router? Is there a good power supply to the ONT? Have you checked all coax connections to the box including the splitter? Does your internet go out at the same time?
