this just started happening today. I come downstairs and turn on NBCSN to watch the soccer match. It's HD resolution but black bars on the left and right side. I change channels - same thing on every channel. HD and SD both have it. I changed my tv resolution settings as well as all the settings in the FiOS STB and no matter what they still show up.
What gives?
